Timing What I ate
Breakfast Smoothie with yoghurt, soaked almonds, banana, raw cacao, raw honey, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
Snack
Lunch Quinoa Tabbouleh
Snack 8 Cape Gooseberries with 8 almonds
Supper Picnic supper of oatcakes, cucumber, carrots, humus, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes.
Drinks 7 Water
1 Red Wine


Surprisingly sustaining cacao and banana smoothie:


Still a little bloating but not as bad as Thurs night.

Looking forward to the moment of truth tomorrow morning.  Can I remove any of those Lurpaks?
