Snack | 2 oatcakes with peanut butter and later a little bit of game biltong |
Supper | Protein: Beef steak Starch Veg: Very small serving of pasta Veg: Lettuce Pudding (!): Ice cream and caramel sauce |
Drinks | 7 Water 2 Red Wine |
Dinner was out and cooked for me. Gotta be sociable!
