Rules 2014

I'm back again and the starting point of the 2011 diet would be great!  I'm going to lose 8kgs.

Here are some ground rules:
- Absolutely no refined sugar.  That means no fruit juice either.
- Exception days are 7 Nov (AG team building), 13 Nov (Nina's 1st birthday), 7 Dec (My birthday) and Christmas.
- No chocolate (except raw cacao) even on exception days

I'm using full fat milk and Greek yoghurt instead of Holford's recommended low fat dairy.

I hope to be finished this in January.

I have never felt so revolting in my life.
