Biltong, flapjack (no wheat or sugar)
Lunch
2 lamb chops, lettuce, dressing, brown rice, beans, tomatoes
Snack
Supper
Quinoa, avocado, salad, feta
Drinks
4 water, 1 wine, 1 orange juice

I went to bed with a headache.
