Timing What I ate
Breakfast 75g Cooked rolled oats.
2 Tbs goats milk yoghurt
1Tbs sprinkles
4 Strawberries
Snack Cucumber and cottage cheese
Lunch Salad and humous
Snack 1/2 pear and 8 almonds and later on 3 strawberries
Supper Protein: Cured organic game
Starch Veg: 70g quinoa
Veg: Asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes
Drinks 7 Water

No bloating this week so far.  And I'm definitely less snotty!
