Snack | 1/2 pear and 8 almonds and later on 3 strawberries |
Supper | Protein: Cured organic game Starch Veg: 70g quinoa Veg: Asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes |
Drinks | 7 Water |
No bloating this week so far. And I'm definitely less snotty!
