Timing What I ate
Breakfast 75g Cooked rolled oats.
2 Tbs goats milk yoghurt
1Tbs ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed)
4 Strawberries
Snack Grated apple with 8 almonds
Lunch Protein: Cottage cheese and roasted sunflower seeds
Starch Veg: 2 baby potatoes
Veg: Homegrown lettuces, cucumber, tomatoes
Snack 8 Cape Gooseberries with 8 almonds
Supper Protein: Proscuito ham
Starch Veg: small serving of brown rice
Veg: Artichoke (served with a little bit of lemon butter)
Drinks 7 Water


I'm surprised not to be bloated tonight after eating oats for breakfast.  Perhaps cooked oats is easier on my stomach than soaked oats?

Also, I'm not convinced about supper so I've sent an email to the dietitian to get some more information and some help about serving sizes.
