Timing What I ate
Breakfast Oats with full cream yoghurt, strawberries and nectarine with sprinkles
Snack Handful of almonds
Lunch Brown basmati and rice salad with feta, egg and bacon
Snack 2 rice cakes with peanut butter
Supper Stir fried veg with tofu and brown basmati
Drinks 1 L water
