Timing What I ate
Breakfast Holford's "Get up and Go" with 250ml full cream milk and a handful of blueberries
Snack 1 carrot and humous
Lunch Chicken, salad, boerewors, cucumber
Snack 1 oatcakes with peanut butter
Supper 1 slice rye bread with cottage cheese and cucumber
Drinks 1 L water
