Breakfast Holford's "Get up and Go" with 250ml full cream milk and a handful of blueberries
Snack 1 carrot and humous
Lunch Chicken Salad
Snack 2 rice cakes with peanut butter
Supper Stir fried veg with tofu and brown basmati
Drinks 1 L water
