Timing What I ate
Breakfast Can't remember.... but I was good!
Snack
Lunch Quinoa, avo, asparagus, baby spinach, feta and tomato (too much, couldn't finish it)
Snack 1 oatcake with peanut butter
Supper Leftovers from lunch with some cottage cheese
Drinks 1 L water
