Timing What I ate
Breakfast Strawberry yoghurt smoothie:
1 Tbs sprinkles
5 strawberries
Juice of 1 Orange
10 soaked almonds
150 ml Camphill yoghurt
Snack 1 Carrot with Hummus
Lunch Quinoa Tabbouleh
Snack 2 rough oat cakes with peanut butter
Supper Protein: 1/2 tub cottage cheese
Veg: Coriander pesto, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot.
Drinks 7 water
